Our sweet Rohen finally has his own little space in our home and he is so proud of it.  We built the house over a year ago and moved in when he was only three months old.  I knew we’d eventually get the boys in the upstairs rooms when they had gotten a bit older.  Once we found out we’d be welcoming a new little brother, I started brainstorming on design ideas for their rooms. Rohen has always loved animals and I knew I wanted to incorporate that somehow.  So naturally, I took to Pinterest! Ha!
I hoped to get the boys’ rooms finished before Finn made his arrival, but then my third trimester of pregnancy and the holidays hit. Needless to say, it’s a bit delayed but I’m thrilled to finally have it finished and t o have the chance to share it with y’all! I worked with some amazing shops and brands so I’ll link up the products below.  I have so many favorites but a few that I’m obsessed with are these adorable animal prints and this faux bear rug! I wanted this room to be super special for him. In the chaos of moving houses and switching up their rooms so much, he’s only ever had the basics, which is all he really needs, but I’m excited for him to have this space. Everything came together perfectly.

I think this room fits our sweet boy to a T.  Every morning when we get him out of his crib he will go through the noise each animal makes and point to the prints. He’ll often come in his room when we’re upstairs and move throughout the room. He loves to hop up in the glider and rock, lay down on his bear rub with our puppy, Maisy, or grab a book and sit in his little reading nook with his “bubba”.  It brings me so much joy to see him enjoying all of it as much as I had hoped he would.  I see so many sweet memories being made in his woodland nursery.
