Anyone else ready for Spring? ☀️
We got a taste of it here today with the temp being in the 60’s. I miss amazing weather and running outside, but my @fabletics pieces came in at the perfect time.#MyFabletics #MoveinFabletics #FableticsPartner

I’m so excited to get outside and back into a workout routine with warmer weather coming. This is my first set from @fabletics and I’m kind of obsessed with this outfit. LOVE the design of this tank’s back. It’s super cute and allows for extra airflow which I’ll appreciate on a run. The leggings are squat proof 🙌🏼 and super comfy. I’m sold.

We’ve been back in Tennessee for 6 years and never have had ice and snow like this, so we’re taking full advantage. ❄️ ⛄️ Lots of family time sledding and drinking hot chocolate. Also, lots and lots of laundry. 🤣

School is basically out for the whole week and we’re stuck at home because the roads are so bad. The high today was like 17 degrees. 🥶

Thankfully, we have everything we need and still have power. I know so many people in Texas and other areas that don’t. Praying for you friends over there. ❤️

There’s a lot of pros and cons to technology and social media. The community it brings is my absolute favorite. I met this sweet Mama here on IG last fall and we got to meet in person last month. I also got to meet her precious family. We’ve chatted every week and have gotten to know each other so well. She’s the sweetest soul and I’m trying my hardest to get her family to move to Nashville. 😂 She fits in perfectly, right?

This southern girl is loving all of this snow. I’m finally getting to put some use to my beanies and snow boots.

Change begins with one voice. Had I not seen someo

Change begins with one voice. Had I not seen someone’s post on Instagram last year stating the facts on human trafficking, I would not have any idea how horrific the numbers truly are. Once you come to know of this evil, you can’t NOT raise your voice to tell the world.

Last week I shared a similar post. We continue to speak out this month. We will continue to pray that an end will come to this evil and that victims will be rescued.

Please donate if you feel led. We’re taking donations for @restoreinnocence. It’s an incredible organization that packs restoration bags. They’re then given to police officers who will have them upon rescue. Donations can be sent via Venmo (@ ashlie-langston). If you can’t donate, please join us in praying and raising YOUR voice to speak out.

Go go gadget arms! 🤣 Where are my 80’s Mamas at? I immediately think of this when I see my photos like this.

We had another snow day last week and had the best time playing outside and sledding. Frozen fingers, toes, and all. I’m so glad I snapped this picture. These are the memories that are sweet and we will remember forever.

Snap the picture, Mama! Get in that frame with your babies. The years are fleeting and these are the days to be remembered.
